Sponsorship Opportunities

Bronze level sponsorship: USD2,500

  • Logo (and organization’s web link) on conference website and logo included in program
  • Verbal recognition in opening and closing address and conference dinner
  • Complimentary registration (full access to scientific and social events) (one attendee)
  • Distribution of organization’s promotional items

Silver level sponsorship: USD5,000

All of the Bronze benefits with an additional complimentary registration (two in total), plus sponsor of:

  • Day 1 or Day 2 beverage breaks, roll-up banners in the break area, provided by the sponsor

Gold level sponsorship: USD10,000

All of the Silver benefits with an additional complimentary registration (three in total), plus:

  • Logo on banner in main auditorium throughout conference with recognition as gold sponsor (roll-up banner provided by the sponsor)
  • Recognition in program and a roll-up banner/sign at the appropriate event as gold sponsor (provided by the sponsor
  • Sponsor of:
    • Day 1 or Day 2 Lunch
    • A panel session (including a speaker, if desired)

Platinum level sponsorship: USD15,000

All of the Gold benefits with an additional complimentary registration (four in total), plus:

  • A panel session tailored to your organization’s research and/or education mission
  • Sponsor of conference dinner (roll-up banners/signs provided by the sponsors)
